To Kiss a Moisten Rose By Richard Maxfield 7-1-2000 When I look into your eyes. I catch a glimpse of heavens glory. So intense and flaxen to shame brightest stars. Touching you is to handle the essence of life. You are the fulfillment of female grace and beauty. Holding you is to know the feeling of touching the sun. To kiss a moisten rose, tasting intense sweetness of love. Bath me in your liquid love that I may swim your rivers deep. Lift me on gossamer wings from this mortal earth. Hold nothing from me dear for I am at your feet. Rapture me in to your presence my love. That I may I bask in your warming glow. |
