Can You Feel It?

Can you feel the magic that flows through the air tonight?
Can't you touch the enchantment that fills me with delight?
If you open your eyes you can see the stars sparkle in me
Oh how delectably this amazing night has turned out to be
For when I looked at you I could see loves tender and soft glow
Your face has betrayed you I can see the love that you don't show

Can you feel the thrill that runs through my hand to you?
Can't you smell the aroma of a desire and love that is true?
I know that my love burns here within my soul and heart
For love called out my name and commanded heat to start
You didn't need to say anything special you just smiled at me
And I knew deep within my spirit that this was meant to be

Can you read the message that echoes in my loving embrace?
Can't you unlock the mystery of love shining from my face?
I can feel her inside, she singing Glorias and smiling in glee
For wonder of wonders I know that you are in love with me
I don't need the words I can read all those signs they're clear
And loneliness and mistrust can just up and totally disappear

Can you reach out with your senses and feel this electricity?
Can't you feel loves power as it passes through you and me?
The heat is amazing and these flames burn with heated bliss
Which turns into a furnace whenever our lips meet in a kiss
Don't you think it's delicious to discover finally a perfect love?
It's almost as if you're a Christmas present sent from up above

Marsha

P S, thank you muchly, and I'm sure you'll enjoy the taste of it   And I believe in love, perfect or otherwise. As my sisters say whenever they are trying to convince me that they world isn't as wonderful as I see it. 'Oh Marsha, give it up girl!' But I won't because everyone needs dreams

Mark my dear friend, and when you find it, because you will, I hope it brings you as much delight as you deserve. And as much delight as I've found. Thank you kindly, your replies always make me smile, and I'm sure that I can find lots of giggles and love. And the same to you too, I'm sure you will.   Particularly if you will go around with a bunch of kissletoe   Have fun love, after all it is the season of good will.

Margie girl, Thank you so muchly, although it should be I who is thanking you. Which I do every day. I can't imagine my life without Passions pretty perfect poetical poets.
Quick I'll take that bed in the alliteration clinic now    I could do with a lie down.
Have a great Christmas and enjoy love and life, which I know you do.
Take care

P T, thank you love, alliteration help needed for both of us then love!

It's because of this Passions plague that's going about. Much like Sven's and Kethry's 'pox' but a little worse
