Rewrite of Silent Sweeps. Speak to me I speak to her in silent sweeps, In mental signs and savvy leaps. Soft ambience of muted cries, But into emptiness it flies. Do I a penance I don't know? Where gentle senses cannot go Enter through the hallowed door Into the garden of amour? I wait to see a dawning light, That little bird of innate sight. A ghost of tremor on her lips A kiss in true that's not a kiss. An inkling of the smallest reap A tear drop of the smallest weep. One fleeting transcendental sigh A recognition caught in fly. This dove I send in hungry chase And whispering in ghostly grace Has driven me to near impair This phantom bell she does not hear. So tolls my spirit bell in swell Thus opening my gates of hell. |

she sought in silence toll of bell she felt along the gates of Hell blindly cast for true love gone on the wind with the dove... sorry to be "first" in answering...but I always feel as if I have missed too much...and I care not to miss you if it is in my power not to... Karilea If I whisper, will you listen?... I would rather be silent and write, than speak loudly and be bound. KRJ |

Oh, Sy~ This is such a longing pen from your heart. 'An inkling of the smallest reap A tear drop of the smallest weep.' On another avenue - This brought to mind one of the greatest pick-up lines I ever heard ... The day was mid-April 1993 - telephone repairman introduced - His line - 'I can make your bells ring.' AND HE DID ! *giggles* Hugs n' kisses to you ! ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

Sy, what a weave, emotion packed and flowing. I particulerly related to "An inkling of the smallest reap A tear drop of the smallest weep. One fleeting transcendental sigh A recognition caught in fly." Absolutely stunning! write on, with song Religion is for people frightened about going to hell - Spirituality is for people who have been there. Anon. |
