Sometime back i was thinking to myself when the right Lady love comes into my life and I want her to be my wife what would i say to her. i penned a few thoughts. So tell me what you think. Did i leave anything out. Thanks for your comments. Love and light, Richard Marriage Proposal By Richard Maxfield 7-23-2000 I think of you in the day, dream of you in the night. Being with you feeds my spirit soul and flesh. I yearn for us to share our dreams and hopes. I desire to spend my every waking moment with you. Holding you in my arms every night Living and growing in love for a lifetime together. Words cannot say the true feelings I have for you. My dear, my love for you has become so evident. I am compelled to ask you to share your life, your love with me. My ultimate expression of the love I have for you is to ask you. Will you be my wife? Ordained of God, the covenant of marriage Gods glorious gift to man and woman, for this we were made. For this a man shall leave his father and mother Cleave only to his wife Bone on bone, we become of one flesh. In sickness and in health For richer or poorer What God has place together Let no man put asunder. Until death do we part. I pledge to you my undying love. I will be your lover, your best friend. Always be there for you, at your beckon call. Hold you through the good and the bad times. Laugh when you feel like laughing. Kiss away every teardrop you may cry. Treat you with the love and respect you deserve. Thinking of you first in my life. I place you before my own wants and needs. I lay down my life for your protection. Keeping you safe from all of life’s harms. Dance the nights away as true lovers. Please my sweet. Share your female grace and love with me May we live and grow in God’s destiny of love. Say the words I crave to hear you say. Say yes. Tell me you will be my wife. For I Love you. |

Richard, when you find her, and decide she's the one, she would definitely say YES. This is an utterly amazing piece, I have seldom seen anything as beautiful as this. I've seen beauty, these pages are crammed with it, so much so that sometimes people get a little blase about it. But this is the first proposal I've ever seen that is perfect. Utterly wonderful, it really and truly is. (In case you hadn't guessed, I'm the resident applause section. ) Take care Marsha Take back the hope you gave,- I claim Only a memory of the same Robert Browning |

Richard, Keep writing like this and you'll find that lady in no time!! Seriously, very sweet and romantic poetry. The perfect picture of marriage my friend. LW Poetry should surprise by fine excess...it should strike the reader as a wording of his own highest thoughts and appear almost a remembrance. -J.Keats |

My dear LL I’m coming to take you away. We shall be married aboard ship on our way to our island paradise. Where we shall bask in love under the warm sun in shade of palm. The genital sea breeze will blow across our shin as turquoise waters whisk the white sands through our toes. Our foot prints side by side as we start our lives together in love and fulfillment to the end of time. Your lover, your friend, Richard PS be ready by 7:30 Kiss till next we meet Thanks wolf for your comment thank you lady for your comment |
