Tear of Love

Holding you in this pain,
Is more than my heart can bier.
I know that it is hard for you,
And I will not leave you there.

I will not leave you,
In your moment of confusion.
I will not leave you,
Because there is another conclusion.

All I want is for you to smile again,
I only wish that the tears stop flowing.
As I hold you now my love,
The feelings inside of me are growing.

If only I could make it okay,
Dry your eyes and touch your face.
If I told you I loved you,
Would I be out of place?

As I try to relieve your heart,
And make you feel warm.
I feel a tear of love,
Begin to form.

So as I hold your hand,
And begin to cry.
I close my eyes to pray,
That there will be no good-bye.

When you drift into sleep,
It hurts my heart as I turn my head.
Then my tear of love,
Slips off my cheek and hits the bed.

*sigh* there is pure emotion written in this compassionate and loving poem. You feel this persons pain and would love them. They are blessed to have such a love. Much love to you from me.

was touched by the whole poem, but these lines "read" the poem..

Simply beautiful. *sigh* My love is away for a while and its been days since I've spoken with him.. and it will be even longer before we do finally get to speak... how this made me long for him
