It's Christmas again and another year has passed A cycle of joy and sorrow - memories amassed. All one year older with our lessons learned Some in ease understood, others with pain earned I make a wish for you to be happy this season And forgive me my sins, tantrums and spite All said in anger without truth or reason My past words I repent with strength and might . So for the best mother on this earth Whose patience, love and unending mirth Has helped and supported me throughout this year I wish joy, love and happiness in abundance - To you who is deservedly dear I pray God bless you and make your load light Ease your burdens and make good all in sight Warm your smile and fill the house With your laughter Please accept these Christmas wishes to you..... With love from, Your Daughter |

Thank you Marge and Charisma for your kind comments, i'm glad you like my poem. I intend to give it to my mom as a x-mas present..i know she only looks out for me and though i dont agree with her decisions sometimes and we fight like its WW3 , i hope she understands that i'll always love her come hell or highwater (or whatever the saying is!). Ann~ beautiful poem and excellent christmas preasant to give your Mom. I'm sure she will simply love it. Any mother would be proud to have a daughter like you who understands that her parents are only trying to do what's best for her. I know its hard sometimes, but seems your on the right track!
