One Wish... If I had one wish to make, holiday season or not would be to make that kiss, last long so as not to be forgot. I'd travel the roads between two states with thoughts 'till next we meet" sweeping over and over my mind controlling the pace of heart's beat. For that special kiss, from lips of yours, could tide me for the length. Hold you in my thoughts each night and give to me the strength that places each step forward, then to reach the rainbow's end Someday, somehow, somewhere you'll see "Me" waiting at it's bend, To slide the final curve with you to share our wants, desires. Balladeer- hmmmmmm did you say "kiss of death"?.. thank you balladeer...I notice you live in my mom's home town, right now. Eventually I will have to visit there, maybe we can share some poetry when I do...and get that Marge to meet us too. I have always planned to do that with her over a year ago, maybe it was 2, can't recall anymore...just "things" happened and I never got to the south.
