"you've got a friend..." (with acknowledgement due to the most UN-deva...Carole King... "when you're down and troubled and you need some love and care, and nothing, no, nothing is going right... close your eyes and think of me and soon I will be there to brighten up even your darkest night..." and even more lovely is HER story of how this was written..she said this one? just "fell down thru the ceiling..." and to this day, she swears, that it was not written BY her, but THROUGH her... with love and laughter to you m'friend...glad that you are home again..HUGS |

Thanks Serenity, You're quote from Carole King is just right for my mood... I love her early songs so much - Tapestry being just a total masterpiece... I appreciate your sentiments very much. [This message has been edited by allan (edited 12-16-2000).] |

Yes, the windows stay the same, and the trees and everything else, but we change and we see the same things but they affect us so differently. I enjoyed this, took me back... Thank you both very much! yes, I've written nothing except the last few here for months and months! I almost believed I'd written my last. But, for better or worse it seems like there are one or two more in here. |

Hi Allan.... Don't let anyone or anything "cut" your dreams. I felt much saddness and frustration flowing from this piece. So for that I send HUGS! "Irie's Wish" is for you too < !signature--> ~Sheri "The things that come to those that wait may be the things left by those who got there first" [This message has been edited by Irie (edited 12-17-2000).] |
