A firefly gives light and dances through the rain but pales against the night in poetry refrain She calls to far off thunder and weeps along the glen and hides her wings to wonder if she will heal again Go dance, dance on my firefly and live in song and fly! For no one would believe, between the words, you cry. |

yes, its light is puny against the night and i can see why this firefly feels so overwhelmed... but then its light always lifts up our spirits..so lovely , these things are... go fly on and awe us with your beauty, firefly... Nice thought poem..i enjoyed the read |
