Sonrise

It's piled on and on, more and more weight,
'Ever be a new dawn, can living be great?
Lying here thinking, momma and grandma... you've no longer got 'em,
I see you sinkin' and I dive toward the bottom.

I dry up your feelings
And the best way to cope,
Continue to write and never say nope.

I dry up your healings,
Never leave yours behind,
Continue to pray with you, Jim and Walt will be fine.

But if it's his turn, Walter forever altered,
A candle 4ever inBurns, His love never falters.
It's understood, nobody can change it,
All are protected by His invisible blanket.

Your life has been painted,
You're the new sonrisin',
A new boy is sainted,
Now, an unbound horizon.

that was an amazing peace of work. i like some of those rhymes you used too... the wordplay on sunrise is very clever.

an excellent piece to start things off. Welcome to Passions. i hope your stay helps you grow as much as it has helped me.

Everyone's got their demons.
We all got somethin' to atone for.
