When You I am There For Passions Men When you are happy I am glad When your heart breaks I am sad When you walk through the land I'm holding your hand When you bathe in the sea You frolic there with me When to the stars you fly I am there very close by When you soar on wings of fire I am there soaring ever higher When you cry softly in the night I'm there holding up the light When you paint the scene I'm there where you've been When your heart weeps tears I am there soothing your fears When you see beauty so true I am there seeing it with you When your life is drear and slow I am there watching your river flow When you are there having fun I am there enjoying your sun When you hear the breeze sigh I am in the breeze I am that sigh When you write of all these things My heart is there and it sings I thank you for this precious gift For in your words my soul you lift Touch me with your magic sight Thank you for sharing your light Marsha Take back the hope you gave,- I claim Only a memory of the same Robert Browning |
