My heart is in each written word to see My soul rings out within the melody My mind is represented by each line All thoughts that you uncover there are mine. My blood flows to the pages through my pen My stanzas are the standards I have been Outlook on life fill paragraphs complete My views are in each phrase one's eyes may meet. My dreams and hopes are there for one to read My wishes written down call out my need Desire runs rampant through each word in view My love is there in everything I do. You say you want to know the real me? It's all there in my words of poetry. |

Bal, indeed a true poet behind the mask..... errr, not that I mean your wearing a mask or anything.... its just a figure of speach. You look good with or without a mask. Well, you write great poetry, so who'll notice. |

Yes!!! Poetry is a window to the soul; isn't it? And since that is true, may I say that you have a lovely soul Pepper "A poem is the very image of life expressed in its eternal truth." Percy Bysshe Shelley |

'Deer your poetry so plain to view reveals the deeper inner you your magic touch that twists the line reveals a humor so very fine the sensitive rendering of your pain makes me want to hug you, hold you, once again your spirited response the weak defends shows your heart a man among men a passionate spirit, a heart that's true In your poetry I touch the "you" I pray your spirit glowingly arrayed through your poetry and verse is prayed and that you will go on and on revealing "you" through poem and song. Smiling here Michael ... this holds such truth for me. What are our words, but mere reflections of ourselves, our thoughts, desires, our hopes and our pain. For those who wish to read into the lines in depth, we are there for all to see ... and what a sensitive soul you are. You've penned a captivating Sonnet here, just beautiful. Hugs to the "you" I've come to know through your words ... Best wishes, /Kit [This message has been edited by Kit McCallum (edited 11-17-2000).] |

you make it appear so easy - yet the rhythm and flow of this is so perfect - I'm overwhelmed - knowing how much work it required. Kudos my friend |

And this is more true because your poems are simply an extension of the ink that never runs dry, the ink of kindness and compassion and heart-felt emotion. Any poet worth his salt needs that ink. < !signature--> "When red-haired girls scamper like roses over the rain-green grass, and the sun drips honey."" Often, I think that's why friends made on these forums are so much truer than those in chat rooms across the net. We really do get to know anothers soul, but still need your great talent to express it so well. Thank you. |
