I turned a frame on its side Saw the artist gasping wide “Friend,” he said, ” I never knew How my artwork spoke to you” What’s the color of nerdom? Got three answers: “You’re dumb” “How should I know” and “Green” I laughed so hard it was obscene “Spank me” in my sleep I said To my wife as she read What was her shocked reaction “Wouldn’t give you satisfaction” I sang for her some Rolling Stones She rolled over to parts unknown |
