You said I damaged our friendship by speaking the honesty of,
I was not very subtle when I told you I had fallen in love.

But is this a damage beyond repair?
Is it wrong to have hope someday you'll be there?

To pick up the pieces I lost by losing you,
Since you've been gone, the hollow empty I feel has damaged me too.

So, is it repairable, or do I just walk away?
Because when I said I loved you, I believe you were in my heart to stay.

It sure takes two to make a complete relationship....can't be onesided ..never works...but some men can be such fools when a woman expresses her true feelings and instead of handling the situation with some respect for the person who's pouring their heart out they turn away to protecting themselves from being embarrassed..go figure eh! Hope it works out for you...ethome
