a silly little keats rhyme..from a while back made some changes.. Witch of black magic, they think she's a fool Wearing black beads, and magical chimes in cloak of night, practicing voodoo Inside a circle, candles and toadstools singing and chanting, voodoo rhymes a secret collection of puppets and pins Mixing her potions, a dash of bamboo Mixing into your tea, she watches and drools Turns you into a zombie, in a matter of time Dancing and playing, the tomboula drum too She puts you in a trance, making you spin stalking the cemetery,in the moonlight While under black magic, you will smile and grin Because you know it is better, then a vampires bite A poem is never finished, only abandoned. - Paul Valery (1871-1945) |

Victoria, intrigued by ''Voodoo'' and its origins, I found this to be a rewarding read. It spins with that trancing spirit! Robert Joseph |
