Perhaps all knowledge, has been lost. A fallen victium, to Pandora's box. Rewritten, in ways no one can comprehend. Yet, we are all suppose to understand. Manipulating minds, with hearts of ice guide us through, the doorway of the new dawn. Rest our fate, upon shoulders that are weak. Weakened by, the very soul that they are. The acid from within, has made them brittle men. Something is bound to fail, as another dream reaches mother earth's soil. It hits, with a silent sound. A sound so silent, that apparently you are the only one, who has felt it. For the hearts of ice, do not bleed compashion, they bleed for greed and for well being, that is all to their own. The box has just been opened, so many things have yet to become. -John W. Hedglin- www.johnspoetry.com |
