To Ease My Pain In empty spaces Within the arms that cradle, Trees whisper of loss. Fall brings to Wynter Memories, drawing pictures Of happier times. As day approaches, Framed, forever my hold, Are the smiles and words. The silly sayings "Later Alligator, In A While Crocodile" Bring a curve to lips, A twinkle in mirrored eyes, That reflect of his. I am his daughter, Of that, there is no denying. Proud, I am, to be. ~Wynter *thank you both {{huggzz}}to Beki for the haiku..and for Minna and all others, as the holidays approach and someone we love, will no longer be sharing with us. SEA, funny thing, I never thought I was until he was gone and my siblings would make that comment that I was always the favourite.
