My 1000 post and I nearly missed it. How I Like To Wake Up Rising through the embers of my misty dreamy night I open my weary eyes to see your contented smile I drowsily smile back hoping I'd turn back the light You laugh and say that I can have just a little while But given the choice between sleep and your delight I'd choose to bring back that loving contented smile Sleeps cobwebs are swept away in loves eager flame As my reaction to your kiss is as instant as a touch A fire storm sweeping us into this passions hot game Amazing that we always want each other this much Heat that swirls and sucks us into it's storm the same Only saved from drowning by the safety of your touch Each time I'm pulled, fall into this madly burning fire I think that we've reached the end of our lovers' heat And each time I'm overcome with passions' hot desire Each time I think that there's nothing at all left to beat You shoot me further in the heavens taking me higher My eyes dilate with sheer wonder of this magical feat Marsha Take back the hope you gave,- I claim Only a memory of the same Robert Browning |

Circe, thank you muchly, and isn't it typical of me to very nearly miss my 1000th. I was going to go for the soft delicate touch. And then I thought noooooo I don't want to do that! Actually it wasn't a conscious choice at all, these sort of appear, by themselves. Take care of yourself love Mushy  Ethome, thank you, I truly do thank you. It doesn't seem that long ago since I was the very new girl on the block. I was in total awe of all the talent here, in fact I still am. I came because I needed to and stayed because here is my home and you all are all my family. So thanks kindly. Paula, Thank you, thank you muchly, I seem to only write three types of poems lately, mushy, funny, or warm. Although this one seems quite hot. Charisma, thank you, I do appreciate you I really do. I still can hardly believe it's 1000, my doesn't time fly when you're having fun. Hey lil sis, thanks love, I love that graphic, you know I'm totally bemused by them. Which is why I'm always awestruck that anyone can get them to work.
