Across the room our eyes meet
That glance is charged with feeling
Love hums across the bond we share
It's full of secret meaning
Time stands still for us right now
No one exists, save we
I feel your kiss, your arms round me
It's such a special blending
Always together, never apart
Our bond is one of mind and heart
I smile at you, I know you see
And read the promise made by me
Tonight, my love, a look won't do
A night of love for me and you

One of those nights that we all love so much and as for me, I will be waiting for one of my own where a look will no longer do, though a lot can be said and felt in just a simple look.  Beautiful and hopeful verse.  Loved it much.
