Dream tangos play The music With bolero-like insistence Sensuous here A torrid Latin beat It’s in the hips My hands lower slip Upright and smooth All liquid underneath The ball of mirror pieces Casting planetary lights In the candlelight Alone on a clouded floor You’re not dressed for the public But just for me A long skirt of strips Over thong Indecent bikini top Stiletto heels Of shiny black Catch the light As does your eyes As they catch mine Lingering on smooth skinned thighs Wake me from this dream Wake me We will dance Our bedroom Our ballroom Until the world spins Off its axis Until we fall Dizzy Giddy with love Back to the union That brought us here Things which matter most must never be at the mercy of things which matter least. ~ Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe ~ |

Hi Bill-- "It takes two to tango, two to tango, two to really get the feeling of romance" and as for Bollero...well...that takes two too, but I'm sure you know that! Very nice dance...er poem! |

Elizabeth- Combining dream fantasy and reality - is a stretch I like to make - I guess I merged them to your pleasure this time - Thank you Martie- The latin dances - are and have always been the most passionate - The Tango may not be my best dance - But I 'feel' it fully and know how much it communicates the strength of my love. Thank God it takes two Toodles- I take it you liked? Thanks LOL |
