something a little less mushy... He's a Wizard of magic, Casting spells of great wonder, Leaving the wisest of man, To sit there and ponder. Summon a dragon, Fiery breath kept at bay, If it’s scales bristle in threat, Then a dragon he’ll slay. Sorcerers and demons, Witches he’s fought. Kept knights all aghast, In the king’s very own court. Created a stone, Which held fast a sword, Until loosened by the grace, And the hands of it’s true lord. A wizard of dreams, Or visions just the same, A wizard of ages, Merlin, by name. |
