Fantasy Screen To Love

We've never met, we've never touched
So why do I burn for you quite so much
There's been no kisses or lips of fire
Still your words send me soaring higher
No feathering breath, no fingertip trace
Nothing physical which heats the frantic pace
No reason at all for this strange state I'm in
For surely being in love can't truly be a sin

We've never spoken, but I know your voice
I hear it in my soul I have no choice
You pick me, flip me and spin me all around
Within your arms for sweet heaven I'm bound
Each night you weave your entrancing spell
Without you my love I'm in a personal hell
The fantasy of a love so real and true
I've finally found it, discovered it in you

Love has a way of finding us in any means, and thank God for it!

Marsha,
I don't think this is mushy at all, but it is romantic. I love it.
Be well

Virtual love can be real sweet,
with sensual sensitive words to treat,
they pick you up in a heavenly flight,
to spend some time on cherish height,
soft whispering words filling the air,
sweet virtual love is what we share.

loved your poem, and I can relate on that one.
Take care.....Charisma

i've known that feeling..Love at first write.

With just a word,
   without a touch,
With sight unseen,
   I’ve been moved so much.
I hear your whispers, so soft, so sweet,
each waking moment and each night I sleep.
They come to me like a song
   carried on a breeze,
Winding through my thoughts,
   setting me free.
Free as a bird, soaring and gliding above,
you’ve freed my heart, freeing my love.
From the darkness and sorrow,
   in which it always hides,
And because of your love,
there’s only one thing to give,
I will give you my heart
   each day that I live.

Kathleen, yes it does, doesn't it. And I do thank God, oh indeed I do.

SEA, Mushy, me? Yes you're probably right, I've sort of melted, from inside out! And as to hooking up, well so do I love, so do I?

Jon, I'm glad you liked it

Kethry, Bless your heart, romantic? Yes that too, it's all that stardust in my eyes. Gives me a brand new view

Charisma, thank you love, did you go searching for all these poems of mine? Well I thank you for rooting around for them and for being such a kind reader.

Ron, Thank you, what a lovely poem, maybe not love at first write, more Love at first Byte

Mark my friend and kindest critic, I thank you. It's certainly taken a firm hold of me, and it's definitely a thrilling ride, even if a little bumpy at times. But wow is it worth it.

Take care

Amy, you are so nice, and so talented. I'm constantly touched by your work it is, as I've said before, honest and beautiful. I'm glad this made you smile, and wherever love is found, and in whatever disguise she is, she is worth anything to keep.
Take care
