You're My Truth What can I say except truth You know I'm never ever shy I'll tell you my truth as it is Why would I tell a lie You're the canvas, if I'm the paint You're the sunset streaked across the sky You're the movement, if I'm the breeze You're the gentle zephyr on high You're the wing, if I'm the bird You're the only way I can fly You're the air, if I'm the breath You're the contented blissful sigh You're the blood if, I'm the heart You're the reason I have to try You're the sun, if I'm the day You're the warmth as you go by You're the star, if I'm the night You're the shimmer that doesn't die You're the music, if I'm the song You're the words that make me cry You're the light, if I'm the shine You're the sparkle in my eye You're the love, if I'm the life You're my truth there is no lie Marsha |

Togetherness. The lock and key. The wind and the rain. Such lovely words you create. Sweet as honey, with a bee to guard it. Ron |

Ron, yes that's what I mean the missing piece, that makes a whole. Thank you for reading, and I'm pleased that you understood. SEA, MMMmmmm I'm glad because I like this one too. And thank you, truly Jules, Thank you for replying, I think this is another of those gift poems. I'm not sure where they come from, but when I'm passing time between one thing and another, I sort of doodle and when I look there it is. Still wherever they come from I'm grateful. Peppermint, thank you, I'm happy that you liked this one. And yes you are probably right they come from the soul, but I don't take any credit for this one truly. Tara, thank you, and I'm pleased you like this one. It does contain a lot of love certainly, but then it would, because the more you give the more there is. Mark, my friend thank you so much, you know how I feel about your work, and how I value your friendship and comments. As for my special man, he's worth it, and then some. Most definitely is he worth it! Oh and I'm really pleased you like this one, I must admit I do too. Take care Marsha Take back the hope you gave,- I claim Only a memory of the same Robert Browning |

Marcella, glad you liked it, Marcella my sister, likes it too. But being a sister she doesn't praise me much, it was more sort of, yes love, what else is new. I did tell her that her effusive comments were just too too much. Take care Marcella, (Oh Marcella the sister goes under the nickname Marce the grass, you can tell what she was like can't you?) Deb, glad you liked it, take care Robert, Mmmm the other half of the whole, glad you stopped by and thank you Marsha Take back the hope you gave,- I claim Only a memory of the same Robert Browning |
