How To Maintain Tranquillity

Waves of imposing energies pass through
our physical realm daily.
To reach a point of tranquillity even during
the strongest of waves,
we must reach a level of wisdom that can
be beckon on command.

This does not necessarily take an educated
individual with many
years of training or one that has gone through
the gamut life has to throw at him.

What it does take is the ability to stand strong
in the face of his enemies
with the faith that no matter the out come he
shall reach a clear understanding
of his souls reactions and come to a point of peace,
with his deceptions.

Understanding that your soul and quality's are
two different things, your soul
being the essence of you and your quality's being
that in which is your personal description.

A soul can not be changed by an outside influence
unless you choose to let it ,
on the other hand quality's can be. So faith in yourself
and the integrity of that faith will
bring you through.

Thus you will reach tranquillity through all adversity
thrown your direction,
and full victory will enable your inner most being,
your soul to maintain peace.
