Half of my poems are about "her", and the other half tend to be about life in general, or things that have happened to me on a given day. Since I have only posted ones about "her" so far, I am posing this for a change. This would fit under the "life in general" category, i think. Are you OK down there? down this well at last, someone to help me out They pull me up and now i'm happy but then they pat me on the back and walk on Of course, i fall right back down again |

yes.. The meaning is, basically that people can be friendly, without necessarily being "a friend", and when you are unprepared for that, it can be disconcerting, even painful. |
