I AM < !signature-->Amy M. Kennedy I am a young woman searching for my way I get lost sometimes in the tangle we call life But I never give up, keep fighting every day Though sometimes it gets hard, i fight through the strife I am a young woman searching for my way Rolling with the punches, I keep my head held high Never from my purpose in life will I stray I always have been told, I can do anything if I really try I am a young woman searching for my way Never really pay much attention to what others say I work hard, and play even harder And I think my experiences in life have made me a bit smarter I am a young woman searching for my way Some days greet me with blue sky, some are more gray However, I have learned in my short twenty three years Don't let things get you down, don't give in to your fears I am a young woman searching for my way Some call me sunshine girl; I must give off my own ray I have been so blessed in this life, time and time again And like the willow trees by the lake, I won't snap...but I will bend I am a young woman searching for my way ~Live today as though it were your last but prepare for tomorrow as though it were here~ [This message has been edited by Aimster (edited 04-30-2000).] |
