One goal one soul The wind that touched your face today And mine in gentle feel and play, Embraced us since our very birth, Forever with us on this earth. Our breath has touched and joined with those. In past and present since time arose. And you and I have touched before And will embrace forever more. So do not ever feel left out And do not ever harbor doubt, That you and I are tied as one And never will we be undone. We all encircle time and space, We live and die within this place. We are together in one goal, We are together as one soul. The breeze that kissed you on the face, Has held me in the same embrace. |

I don't know what it is about the wind. Perhaps it is the one thing we all "feel" no matter where on this planet we happen to be. It does connect us all in a sense. And you've captured that thought so remarkably in these words. An enjoyable piece. |

A perfect poem for a lasting love. My parents were married for 62 years. This should be on a golden anniversay card. Beautifully done. I enjoyed reading it. Franni |

This is the best poem I have ever read on love of fellow man. It is wonderful and beautiful. Should be a mandatory read for our foreign diplomatic corps, and for every high school student, and for...... Exquisite, Sy Love you Liz |
