twisted sideways and torn inside out
blackend highways and maps made of doubt
ripped from the socket by lonesome dispair
out of control; no chance of repair
burning desires carefully known
nothing inspires the love you have shown
clinging on the wall you wished destroyed
burned by the fire you once had enjoyed
never saw the shadows you just had to make
never heard the echos of the hearts you did break
blind to the tears that silently fell
trapped inside your loving hell
I wish you could hear the screams you have caused
for once in your life that heart might have paused
and all of the pain you made would be clear
as your eyes would make it's own poisonous tear
a tear of cyanide to roll down your face
lonely and unforgiving to put you in your place
so swallow your tear and save your dead soul
for only the death of your evil will make you whole

shine a light so bright that all can see
and you will find the joys that echo within me

WOW!!!
This is powerful yet sad and dark. It brings to mind one word "Heartbreak"

All my love,

Ouch....I can just feel the pain from this one.  Very emotional, very well written.

Deep thoughts here, James.  I love it when you get philosophical on me.  Glad to see ya back - you've been missed.

wickedly haunting, many levels of meaning... lots of great lines in here

i especially thought the last two lines were very effective.
