Water Kisses and Hugs Three years ago yesterday I got in a fight with you Three years ago tomorrow I lost my best friend Who could predict who or how Or why or exactly when? But somehow you fell in To the rushing water And sank right in Scratching Heather's arm and legs And she couldn't save you You went downstream panicking All the way, begging For God to save you But you were hugged by the water And nothing worked And on your 15th birthday--- Your funeral Everyone planted water kisses on your brow< !signature--> Time flies? Say it not so, time stays we go. [This message has been edited by Cuddlez (edited 04-26-2000).] |

It's sad but not a tribute..... Just a story of how she died(really) Time flies? Say it not so, time stays we go. |

~~nice tribute, well written~~ A life isn't significant except for its impact on other lives. |
