Forgive me Love for this disgrace The love I feel is just unheard of The way I love makes lovers sort of Appear as lacking love and taste |

Love hath no disgrace, Only abound is grace... Love hath various forms, Maybe yours is just not one of the norms... Master, but you do love many a soul, That serves love's purpose, life's goal. Regards, sudhir... My heart is pounding, my stomach's inside out I'm feeling kind-a-shaky, my mind is full of doubt All I ever think about, is fearing fear itself, Wish I could unscrew my head and put it on the shelf Everything is twisted, everything is oh so tight, Don't know what I'm looking at, the lights are all too bright My brain's about to crumble, spill out on the floor Sweep 'em up. Throw 'em away, don't want 'em anymore Clouds race across the sky, day turns into night, Still there are the questions, no answers in sight Everything is twisted, everything is oh so tight, Starin' out the window, everything is just too bright Brain's about to crumble, spill out on the floor, Wish I could unscrew my head, and kick it out the door... You know I'm feeling kind-a....Strange You know I'm feeling kind-a....Strange ~ Strange ~ Joe Satriani (Flying in a Blue Dream) |

I'm not too proud to say that I don't get it at all, Master. I really like it...I just don't get it. "That man has shown himself great who has never grieved in evil days and never bewailed his destiny." --Seneca |

It's quiete simple, Forgive me Love for this disgrace -- the capital "L" suggests that I'm addressing the feeling of love, not just my love but love in general. The love I feel is just unheard of -- self-explanatory The way I love makes lovers sort of Appear as lacking love and taste... -- "Compared to the love I feel, other lovers seem to lack true love... My love disgraces other loves..." My explanation sounds corny, just try to read it over, maybe you'll see what I mean. [This message has been edited by Master (edited 06-09-2000).] |

I got it, Master, sans explanation. And it says more to me than all the other "who's hot" poems I've read of late here. Also, the fact that you said it so succinctly, a sign of true talent. Corinne |
