Starry Eyes
Amy M. Kennedy

the stars are in your eyes
they shine so brightly at me
when im with you how my soul flies
and the heavens shine down completely

angels come down from the sky
to bask with us in our love
your eyes can see my soul as we both sigh
so precious...this love sent from above

when we make love...the universe continues to turn
lips meeting...bodies entwined
and the passion flares...and for you i yearn
as our spirts take off and begin to fly

the flame of the candle...burning so bright
as your eyes of lust and love drink me in
and i say your name in the middle of the night
and esctacy takes over...and out of control we spin

all that matters is this moment...being with you
as our bodies dance...in love, i am deep
never known a more honest moment...something more true
i close my eyes...holding you, as we fall fast asleep.

"Don't be dismayed at goodbyes. A farewell is before you can meet again. And meeting again after a moment or a lifetime is certain for those who are friends."

"Fate exists but it can only take you so far,
Because once you're there
It's up to you to make it happen."

Amy,
this is beautiful! i remember feeling this way, once. i'm very glad you have the priveledge of feeling this way with someone. it's a rarity these days. i hope you hold on to these feelings and this person for a good long time.

We all got somethin' we need to atone for.
