the wind howls the moon draws nearer the song birds come out to play time is slowly creeping by in slumber I remain till daylight breaks and I pray for darkness to come again the day slowly fades so lonley so afraid can't go out can't stay in a prisoner I remain trapped by your poisonous love so confused endearing to your soul over and over in this twisted game you play I scream for it all to end yet still I remain as the song birds once again come out to play..... |

SC~ you say so much with just a few simple words! this holds quite a bit of emotion in it. i look forward to reading more from you. great poem!! amy "Don't be dismayed at goodbyes. A farewell is before you can meet again. And meeting again after a moment or a lifetime is certain for those who are friends." "Fate exists but it can only take you so far, Because once you're there It's up to you to make it happen." |
