Jan... < !signature-->you really are making us work on this one! lol. I had a hard time picking my favorite. but i chose this one because it represents my heart so clearly. hope you all enjoy. ~amy~ The Light by: Amy M. Kennedy Sitting here wondering what is the meaning of my life feeling the world closing in around me Then out of the darkness, there appeared a light that swept me up so bright it was hard to see The most beautiful face my eyes have ever laid upon graced my sight You chased away my fears and tears away went the ugly cold of the night Once again I could breathe the dark no longer holding me its prisoner...but set me free With a few words from you, my life changed, and I again found me My heart now dares again to love and to hope and to dream Wanting to hold you close underneath the sun, the stars, a moonbeam But alas the distance for now separates us, but doesn't change the intensity of what we feel Sweet eternal bliss this is so true and real I won't allow doubt to creep in or to ruin this perfect moment in time And if this is wrong then caring for you has been my only crime Would serve my sentence knowing you are in my heart and that what we have is true So here I sit, counting the days till I can be with you "Don't be dismayed at goodbyes. A farewell is before you can meet again. And meeting again after a moment or a lifetime is certain for those who are friends." You did terrific Amy  I still can't pick, I'm wishing Jan would let us cheat so someone else could pick for me This is a beautiful read and does show your heart very very well and what a beautiful heart you have!! |

perfect choice amy-girl indeed your heart shines in this one... thanx for sharing to my challenge... and as for you SS... ahem--BUTTERFLIES DONT CRY AND BUTTERFLIES DONT CHEAT LOL im gonna pretend I didnt see that post  JUST PICK GIRL LOL i remember several off-hand that should be in the running want a hint? think butterfly in a jar *winkwink* later poet-gators jm I think I could need - this in my life I think I'm just scared - that I know too much I can't relate and that's a problem I'm feeling ... If you're gone - maybe it's time to go home There's an awful lot of breathing room But I can hardly move If you're gone - baby you need to come home cuz there's a little bit of something me... Amy... I swear we are in each other's head or something...we are going thru the same things. I feel for you girl, cause I know how hard it is and how much I ache.I hope it isn't the same intensity for you.I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Hang in there hon.
