if a wish were granted to me as I stand gazing up at the stars and I could catch up the glitter and scatter it worthily grandly, on the page so that you could feel just what my eyes see how my my thirsty poet's soul would dance but that, as much as it would satisfy the need to ever quest for perfect words if wishes were forthcoming I would pick another… my wish you see as I stand sleepless in the darkness is for you and me hand in hand the same stars to see as they become our private audience my world no longer in need I could want no more if you and I were we [This message has been edited by Corazon (edited 06-01-2000).] |
