Leave those Kids Alone....Marina's challenge |

Leave those Kids Alone If you were a small child you wouldn't want your mother or father towering over you yelling and screaming til their face turned blue. And now another precious child begins to cry he wanted love now he wants to die. I believe each time you make a child's tears flow that child's love for you will cease to flow. Think twice before you put your children down. Criticism only causes frowns and angry words tear self esteem down. Please don't do this to your child Love and nourish them and help them to laugh and smile. I know that God did not place parents here to punish kids with pain and fear. If God treated you this way soon you'd grow to hate each passing day and your love for life would ebb away. Surely someday you will pay the price if you treat a kid less than nice. For anyone that has ever mentally, emotionally, sexually, or physically hurt a kid take these words to heart I give. Just how long will you pretend you do not know that criticism and physical punishment have to go. Hey...how would you like it if God reached down and hit you right on the top of your mean ol head. And could you stand up while Mike Tyson punched you til you were almost dead. No way Fred... So do me a favor and keep your hands off the kids. This could be the most important choice you've ever known. Peace will come into your heart when you leave those kids alone. And the place that was a dark and dreary house will transform into a lovely happy home. This is my best advice.... Treat your children fair and nice and they'll grow to love you thruout the rest of their life. Jameslee@April19,2000 |
