Where Twilight Touches Dreams |

I met you in the darkness Where twilight touches dreams, In a place where love existed As silent sunlit beams. You were arrayed in midnight; I was clad in shadows fair. And only love surrounded us, For no one else was there. As your flesh pressed against me, In the warmth of your embrace, A "oneness" seized my memory That time will not erase. And I strive on until the day This love will set me free, When dreams are turned reality And you are here with me. |

Brandyn~ This is simply lusciously tender. The title grabbed my romantic nature ... and the content did not let me down. Wonderful, gentle writing. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

This is beautiful... Fleeting World "Thus shall ye think of all this fleeting world: A star at dawn, a bubble in a stream; A flash of lightning in a summer cloud, A flickering lamp, a phantom, and a dream." -from the Diamond Sutra, translated by : A. F. Price -- found in Teachings of The Buddha, edited by Jack Kornfield |
