In dream, I sit envisioning your face- A plight of distant lovers in gentle cascade, Lovely tendrils of warmth begin to form, Where the key to my soul lies heavily worn… Silent grating of heartbeat, nearing a faint- I grasp for my balance, blessing the saint, When upon despair, thy form accumulates- Devouring my tears of silent heartache… Nearing my fall- I disillusion myself- Believing in heart, as does everyone else, Truth lies only within your soft wake- I give in to caress for my own body’s sake… Forever, adorned with a hint of love’s spice- I bleed unto your kisses, at the roll of Fate’s dice, Speaking softly, the whispers of a Moon Fairy- I find tender touches within your heart’s sanctuary. Open arms can be the most fragile in the world... |
