you left my life
not to be seen
forever gone
my life wiped clean
time moves on
and so did I
I got myself in order
started to fly
but I should have known
that soon I would cry
you came back home from school
we hung out again
then all the old feelings
start rushing in
what do I do
you got a new man
I'll just suck it up and deal
like everything in my life
hell, gimme a beer
no more pain I feel

Welcome to Passions!!
The title had me thinking in one direction but then after reading I reminded myself to let the poem not the title send the message. This is an great entrance with strong emotion, thank you for sharing this.
