-Silence Surrounds Me- the silence now surrounds me your passionate eyes are no where to see those comforting arms I've grown accustom to are now gone my emotions have crashed from feeling so alive & fullfilled to completely alone how I miss those precious lips to kiss and how I long to be wrapped in your quilt of love once again you filled so many holes in my heart and helped it start to mend now my mind is stuck in the past missing, wanting, longing, and wondering how I could have made this last I long to have you again, to hold, to kiss, to taste, to smell, to completely inhale you into my whole being but for now the silence surrounds me my heart now imprisoned--never to be free I know well what I am fleeing from but not what I am in search of. Very beautiful poem! Don't worry someone will find the key to your heart and set you free. ~And how I long to be wrapped in your quilt of love once again~ That's just so heart warming. |

how I miss those precious lips to kiss and how I long to be wrapped in your quilt of love once again you filled so many holes in my heart and helped it start to mend ============================= It is hard when love goes cold, but hang in there. Maybe the person was not the right one for you. What ever you decide take care and don't let the pain take over your life. a very emotional poem, thanks for sharing, ------------------------ "Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too? Thanks for all the response. It's so nice to bounce things off of you guys. < !signature-->Poet de Vine-I too hope the slience ends soon. Coco-thanks for reading and sighing along with me. Brian-Well maybe he is the right one and just not the correc timing..odd thing. I guess the absense will, in time, tell the truth on this subject. THANKS! Kit-well it's nice to know someone else has these emotions lately. Sorry you are feeling them too though. Hope it gets better for you also. Insect-I appreciate the thought of the key..hmmm, maybe someone will. I think it helps if you expose the lock from time to time...LOL. thanks again, -Holly I know well what I am fleeing from but not what I am in search of.
