Soul Mates Through all of space and all of time. Our one true mate we try to find. When we feel we’ve found our one true mate. That’s when we are dealt, a twist of fate. We no longer feel that first love’s connection. Our souls have turned a new direction. Searching and hoping and wanting to find. A mate to share our body, soul, and mind. For when we find them, its such a wonderful feeling. It warms your soul, and sets your heart reeling. Now life is short, and so unpredictable. Should we pass up the chance, to make it happy and full? No I say, lets live for the moment. Lets forget the rules, and forsake the torment. For at last I have found you, and it has began. The wonderful connection between a woman and a man. Call it fate, karma or destiny. The one for me is you, and for you is me. So lets thank the stars for their intervention. Also destiny and fate for this strong connection. So lets share what we can, before its too late. Me with you my one true Soul Mate. |

There is no union stronger then when soul mates come together. I have found mine and nothing compares to the feelings I feel for him and how he makes me feel. At the sametime nothing compares to the feelings when I can't be with him. I love your poem dakota and I hope I can see more from you on here.  |

Hi Dakota...very cool name add my welcome to the list. this is a cool poem...great word choices and rhyme... there is no feeling that compares to finding our heart's reflection in another... makes for some awesome inspiration as well take care , jm Some things cannot be explained by verses that rhyme, They are not measured by the commitment of time.
