Are You? And am I? Lori Lockheart Are you thinking of me tonight? Tell me, are you? Oh, how I need to know. You are so many miles away, But I can just see you there, Resting on the ocean. I know this place is the only peace for you. Could it be because it was so special to us? Are you ok, or are you still hurting inside? Tell me, are you? When we met in the rain, that last time, I felt all your pain, Just as if I had lost my brother too. Are you needing me now? Tell me, are you? And can you hear the sound? The sound of my heart sobbing with such ache. Because I need you, I need to help you, And I need you to need me. I don’t want to add to your pain. I don’t want to make you feel even more loss Because we’re not together. Yet I want to be a part of you, always. Are you always going to haunt my life? Are you always going to visit my thoughts without an invitation And with no warning at all? Are those sexy eyes, that erotic smile, And your seductive being Going to remember me for the rest of your life? Oh, blue eyes, are you always going to be a part of my soul? And am I ever going to be able to move on past your hold? Am I? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean. Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens. I can not believe that someone I have never met could know the inside of me so well, Aside from J.M. there is no one that I have connected with so fully....all I can say is we mus be triplets....lol  Are you needing me now? And am I ever going to be able to move on past your hold? --------------- *sigh* well you KNOW you wrote my heart in this one... and I know the lingering love sometimes brings pain, as we feel like were not able to move on... but for me...I try to savor every second of it... cause I know I am so much better for having been touched by him... even with the hurt that follows the loss or seperation. so if i was to answer your question... "Are you always going to visit my thoughts without an invitation And with no warning at all?" Id have to say...YES if your LUCKY. *smile* but thats just me and my hearts opinion. sometimes me muse lives by the old adage... misery loves company  later-lori-gator.
