Lover of my soul, desire of my heart Now that we're together, I never want to part Writer of life's melody, singer of life's song You are my home, the one I've sought for so long Passionate and gentle lover, gentle and caring friend You've helped my heart to heal, helped it to mend Seeker of life's truth, knower of life's road Let me join you on the journey, to help carry the load Finder of life's answers, possessor of superior mind You have taught me much, much you have helped me find Holder of the candle, beacon of warm light Help me to find the sun, take me away from the night. . . ------------------------------------------------------------------- That which gives light must endure burning --Victor Frankl |

How romantic....I'm sure you can hear my sappy sighs over here.... This flows so smoothly, like a fine wine...your lucky lady must be proud. Christina =^..^= |

Sven, Lovely poem, my friend. I truly hope you find that which you seek. You deserve it. Great writing... LW Friends are friend forever if the Lord's the Lord of them and a friend will not say never cause the welcome will not end. --Michael W. Smith |

Truly beautiful. I hope we can all find a love to take us away from the night. *Krista Knutson* ~We are only truly lost when we have lost ourselves~ |

Romance at its best Sven.....I can hear the ladies knocking at the door now A man does not love a woman because she is beautiful...But she is beautiful because he loves her. |

Sven~ To find this little gem tucked in this beautiful poem ... was more than enough ... 'Holder of the candle, beacon of warm light' Beautiful thought. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |
