I'm workin on a story bout love and how I rant and many times I wish that I could start over, but I can't see when it comes to love my hand is often poor and no matter how oft the deal I get the same cards as before I'm not trying to be a whiner some lovelorn moron with a pen but just ONCE I'd like a winning hand so I don't want toplay again so I can sit and grow quite old with a lady by my side the Queen of Hearts, or Clubs or Spades or Three of Diamonds would keep me satisfied I sit and read these words and I slowly shakes my head for I have realised...all too late.... I should be playing checkers instead " and I dream of her always, |
