My dear friend From once upon a time I miss you This much I can't deny Troubled confusion interwines I think I used to love you Now I still do Very much I must say But romantic love has faded away Loving you made me much stronger Now I'm ready to fly Away from your hesitant advances I've found another He loves me so much And he's always eager to show He's always there for me When I needed you And you were not around My dear friend From once upon a time I miss you so But I'm relieved That I've called it quits Foreverly I shall remember this I once loved you so much it hurt Now I can safely love you As my brother in Christ I wish nothing but the best for you I'm going to spread my wings and fly Away from my unrequited love -------------------- Another silly poem, but I felt strong emotions when I recalled the past and I had to write it...
