What if I could take one thing back?
would it be the days I gave you sweet kisses,
Or filled my head up with you as my wishes?
Would it be the candle that signified us as one?
or the day I decided to trust you and felt as one?
It would be none of above,
The first time I said hello,
That would have saved me a lot of woe.

I speak insanity. I write fantasy. I sleep reality.

"Say what you know, not what you feel."

Well I don't actually 'Know' that much
So I will have to go with the 'Feel' bit

I take a slightly different slant on the same topic

Memories

I want you all to settle back, pour yourselves a drink
As a langour fills you, I want you all to think
What can you remember..... Is it very clear
Or is it like a firefly, flitting through the air
Is it just the best of times,, or is it just the worst
Bouts of passion bound, to raise their head of course
Does our mind decieve us, and tuck some things away
Until we are ready, on some other day
Remember your first husband, the bastard that he is
Why dont you remember, the many times of bliss
Remember a sick child, the chaos felt within
Then remember better times, their silly little grin
The halls of memory are filled, but you must take the step
To reach in for the good ones, instead of what you get
........

Live It
