Love:

Soft, fluttering sighs beat
Like waves against the ship,
Against your will, against your pride,
The desire to chase eternity,
To hold its tail, reaching to cram
Its endless body down through your throat,
And endlessly ripple in its warmth.

Stroke, sigh and sorrow-filled,
Beaming, gracious, overjoyed,
Pooled-up eyes and a blooming heart,
You cry and quiver and murmur joy.
You beam and sparkle and sputter,
Falling all to pieces.
