March Mix

Mellow nights and frozen morns
Duck down sleeps,milder storms
A blend of gold and winter white
Sunshine traps and hard frostbite
Naked trees around frozen ponds
Yellow bulbs like sunshine fronds
Lace trimmed earth, white with starch
Promise,with the lambs comes in March

wonderful poem June ... I'm ready for spring, and speaking of lambs ... we were out home on christmas day, one of my nephews brought a new-born lamb to the door ... well, you should have seen the look on the faces of the wee ones from in town.
