Oh Peace Knocks On Mine

Curling my body under my bed sheets,
I wish peace knock on my door.
And oh, thanks to our gracious Lord,
Peace has finally fallen upon my heart.

Peace to be eternally united with Him.
As if I was to be born again in His womb,
My flesh is secured in His huge yet
Delicate hands as though they were made of cotton.

Sleeping among snow white cotton plain,
As my pillow's feathers fall upon my noise,
I squeeze out a big hug to my Father.
My Father sees that I want a hug and returns one.

My Father's body is tender than any towel,
My Father's warmth is fonder than any hot shower.
I can lay within His arms and feel rest and safe.
Tomorrow I shall lay within His arms and feel worry no more.

Sleeping in peace eternally with my Lord,
Who will take away all my burden, and I shall have no past.
Everything belongs to the world is gone forever from my mind.
Today will be just a tomorrow, living on cotton plain.
