Reminissing

IN OUR YOUNG DAYS
YOU WERE ALWAYS BY MY SIDE
WE LAUGHED AND WE CRIED
BUT MY LOVE NEVER DIED
BUT NOW YOU WALK LITTLE PRINCESS
WITH A GREAT DISTANCE
NEVER WOULDA THOUGHT WHAT YOU BROUGHT
WOULD LEAVE ME TODAY REMINISSING
STRAIGHT UP MISSING
ALL THE MOMENTS, COMPONENTS
OF A LIFE ONCE SHARED
ALL THE DESPAIRE I CHOOSE NOT TO BEAR
SO I DELETE WHAT MADE ME COMPLETE

Welcome to our corner. May I call you Ed? I can't remember that pen name. Your poem is well thought out and cohesive but I can't see past the misspelled words. Why not use the spell checker or dictionary and get off to a good start? Sorry, I guess it's the mother in me. Love, Joyce

I very grateful for all the positive comments I have many things inside that I hope I can bring out. I have always enjoyed poetry and I have many that I have written already I hope everyone continues with the replies it really helps....
