The robes of a cleric
adorned his large
angular frame.
Springy grey hair

surrounded a saturnine face.
Black bushy eyebrows
frowned over well
hooded eyes.

A large bulbous nose almost
touched thick, sensuous lips.
This man of distinction

I distrusted on sight.
Would he help us
reach Heaven
or were the fires of hell
more in his sight?

Very descriptive- apparantly though- appearances can be deceiving! good one.

I liked this.

Sounds like a movie character, or a role playing game character, or like a wizard. As for looks can be decieving, I think that's when you have to trust, and rely on that inner gut feeling.
